Shooting

Saturday night i went shooting for the first time since the early december.

There was many reason for not going sooner, but one big reason was that i started on insulin at the beginning of december, this was followed by a cold, then by a sickness bug...  Then the weather was terrible..

Anyway finally got to choose a night, them comes the other thoughts and what ifs..  how would going out hunting effect my glucose levels, should i take a meter, do i have glucose tablets..

The good news is that the night went ok, i managed to get my first 2 rabbits of the year and my health didn't suffer

i did however get some bad news, the people that own the land i shoot on have put it up for sale, this means that i may lose the permission to shoot there!

So i really have to start looking hard for new shooting permissions this year
